Founder & Principal Advisor
Heena is an experienced professional advisor who has worked with organisations across industrial services, mining & mining services, financial services, healthcare and infrastructure. Her work spans strategy development and execution, valuations, project management, business planning, policy writing, process analysis, organisational redesign, operational improvement, research, analytics and benchmarking.
She's passionate about helping organisations solve complex problems and achieve their goals — whatever their size — and is known for building strong, trusting relationships that let her truly understand a challenge and co‑design workable solutions.
Before founding Ameyaa Advisory, Heena was a Senior Manager at Churchill Consulting, where she earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, building on earlier operational experience as a Senior Marketing Analyst at GESB. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
